issue with Proscan PLT7100G tablet with force stopping apps and other issues.

i gotten a Proscan PTL7100G back in February and had minor issues since i got it with force stopping apps that eat up memory. sometimes i'm unable to force stop the apps as they ether stop for a sec and restart and sometimes the issue clears up in a instant.

but since Wednesday afternoon...
